Chapter 16. Beating Her at Her Own Game
The girls laughed when they heard this, and the room was filled with a harmonious aura. Before they left, they even helped Evangeline clean her room.
“Gina, why do you lie to the princess?” After everyone had left and made sure that no one could eavesdrop on them, Myra asked, struck with curiosity.
“Did I?” Evangeline raised her eyebrows lightly as she jumped onto the bed, her hand supporting her head as she lay on one side.
Myra was stunned. “Wasn’t that obvious?”
“Actually, there is something that will happen whether I twisted the truth or not, and that is the outcome. After all, it is a fact that the little b*tch bullied us, and the reason why I twisted the truth was because I wanted her to know that I might look gentle on the surface, but those that dare to trifle with me will never know how they died.”
Myra gazed at her, not understanding some of the things she said, but she still nodded to show that she understood.
