Magda's mouth drops to the floor.

If Ivor doesn't feel the same way about her, he can, like a gentleman, let her know. She doesn't have to lose her job for that? Really?."
The Luna turns to Saray for support. Good for me because as the King's Secretary, I am not in a position to serve the Luna of lies. One day she might confront me with those again and I don't want to damage my reputation because of an Alpha who lacks the balls to inform his mate adequately.
