"Cassandra???" I echoed twirling my head around in circles as my eyes were revolving around searching or trying to catch a glimpse of her.

Despite that she insisted on coming here I made sure to keep her as far as I could from the battlefront but now I felt like I had left my other half hanging somewhere else.

I could smell her from miles away but now there was nothing, not even a strand of her hair lingering around.

I could tell even without looking because of how heightened my senses were.

"Where could she be? where are you Cassandra? " I muttered worryingly and kept turning.

I didn't even care about the enemies that have now increased in numbers and were hovering all around me.

I became absent-minded about my surroundings, my heart clutched in pain, my breath became unbalanced, and the thought of losing her alone has put my brain in turmoil.
