Chapter 20

Alpha's POV

'The rival pack is here!' my heart skipped several beats and I became all sweaty that moment. 

I begin to adjust my array. Breathing in and out, the rival packs begin to walk in one after the other. 

"Alpha…." The audible spelt out those words with his head going to the ground as a sign of respect even though he is an Alpha.

"Welcome… I have indeed wanted to meet… it's nice having you here," I said with lots of thoughts running down my mind.

"Indeed… your majesty. I know you didn't mean those words," he said.

I wouldn't want to battle with him on something that doesn't really make sense. Instead of me starting a battle with someone I should make peace with, I rescind for a while but lurk around to strike him when he least expects it.

"Please take your seat."

He looked at me for quite a while and goes to take his seat. In no time, everyone is fully seated with smiles on each of their faces.
