Chapter 103. You Are Pathetic!

Iris’s POV

Anna had still not been found. I was scared for her and I didn’t want to dwell on the situation at home but how could I possibly not?

Sean had tried to explain his way out of what had transpired between him and Angela. I was angry and had not wanted to listen to any explanations. What was Sean going to say? That he was drugged and wasn’t in control of his faculties? I virtually sent Anna to him and watched him straddle her. When did Angela now come in, if he hadn’t invited her, possibly to make a fool of me.

“Where is Anna?” I asked, when he tried to explain because I felt Anna’s account would really help. He shrugged, not answering but looking at me as though he was hurting. Who was supposed to be hurting, he or I?

“It is very convenient, isn’t it?” I scoffed, “claiming you slept with Anna and not Angela when Anna is not here to say anything in her own defense. What did you and your mistress do to her?” I asked him bitterly.
