Chapter 27. Convinced Blanca
Blanca immediately put down her phone and waited there. A nurse—who had been chasing her earlier—called Blanca.
“Miss!” The call made Blanca turn around and find a nurse behind her.
“Where are you going, Miss? After three more numbers are called, it’s your turn.” She asked.
“I want to get some fresh air. I feel a bit cramped and nauseous inside,” said Blanca.
“But don’t go far, Miss! You can sit nearby. I’m afraid you won’t hear when you call later,” said the nurse.
“Okay. I’ll go there later.”
“Just take it easy! I won’t be here for a long time. I’ll just be here until the congestion and nausea go away.”
“Well, if that’s the case, okay. I’ll wait for you there.” The nurse left while Blanca was still there waiting for fifteen minutes.
Blanca hoped in her heart. “Hopefully my fifteen minutes of waiting won’t be in vain!”
