Chapter 224

Seconds rolled as minutes passed turning to days. Kyran and Cage had become a great duo. 

“I don't want to go back to mummy and Grandma” Kyran said as Cage packed his bag.

“Why?” Cage asked grinning 

“Why can't they come live here with us?” Kyran asked frowning.

Cage paused as he went towards him holding his shoulders. 

“My dear, it's not easy. But if that's what you want I'd speak to mummy and Grandma about it, to let you stay” Cage said.

Kyran smiled a little as he joined in packing his bags.

Minutes later they where back at Lucy and Grandma's house. Kyran knocked slowly as he waited for the surprise look on their faces.

Lucy opened the door as she screamed loudly.

“Kyran my love!” Lucy yelled happily.

“Mummy!” Kyran yelled.

Cage smiled as he watched Kyran fly into his mother's arms. 

“The inventor is back” Lucy's mom said as she walked out of the house.

It was a moment of reunion.
