Chapter 265

Cage walked in as he sat on the sofa. He knew he couldn't trust Mira. 

They waited for hours and hours and hours until the sun went down.

McQueen who was teary eyed tried reaching out to Mira but to no avail.

“If she's not back tonight, the sun is already setting. We may have to change our location for safety” Cage announced.

Just then the door flung Open as only the occupants had key to the door. Mira walked in holding a bag.

“Hello guys, did you miss me?” Mira asked smiling.

McQueen rushed towards the door as he pulled her into a warm embrace.

Mira returned the hug for the first time as she giggled.

“We thought we lost you” De hacker said as she stood by the side joining the hug slowly.

“Where had you been?” McQueen asked with concern.

“I'm sorry guys, I didn't want to get anyone involved. I went to grab the necklace and I had to wait until the area was clear before returning” Mira explained.
