Chapter 83. Professional and Considerate

Like any other routine, Harry and Alice were at work doing their respective tasks. Alice, who was sitting in her chair, was busy preparing some files to be brought to the meeting room this morning. Similarly, Harry was also busy checking some documents on his desk.

The atmosphere is quiet, and between Alice and Harry, separated by a partition, both of them cannot freely know each other’s whereabouts. Harry’s room is full of privacy, with a large door that is always tightly closed. If Harry had something to do with Alice, then he would use the office phone to contact her.

Like right now.

Harry, with a furrowed forehead, looked at the files scattered on his desk. He seemed to be confused while observing the files. So, he reached out for the phone and tried to contact the secretary.

Not long after, his call was answered.

“What is it, sir?” There was a female voice on the line.

“Alice, can you come to my office? I have some questions,” Harry instructe
