It’s been two weeks since Eve fell into a coma and it’s been a few days since I got two bodyguards to guard Eve’s ward.

I don’t want any weird thing to happen so I’m being cautious. The only people who are allowed to go into the ward besides family would be the doctors or nurses.

Mom asked why I put bodyguards but I didn’t have any reason I could give her so I said we can’t all be here all the time and what if someone needs to get something outside or so. In short, I made up something believable.

“Are you ready to leave?” Jade asked once he came into my office.
