We were currently on our way back home from the hospital.

After the checkup, I was told that my bones were healed and although I was still supposed to watch out and not to do any extreme jobs, I could go on with my daily life like nothing had happened in the past few months.

I was relieved and happy to know that my legs would not be a hindrance to my happy ending and that Alice didn’t get what she wanted.

Due to my broken legs, Alice and Mark’s trial has been postponed to six months from now.
