Paxton kissed my shoulder, lips moving slowly over my flesh. He nuzzled his nose against my neck, inhaling my scent. I wondered, did I smell that good? The way he moaned, pressing his hardness against me had me convinced I did.

“Divine,” he whispered, licking the same spot. His husky voice made my insides quicken. I wanted this man, I wanted all of them. How had I gone from being prey to being so willing? Whatever, as long as it felt good I would give myself over, and that’s one thing they were all good at.

Nicholas growled. When it came to Paxton, he wasn’t happy about sharing. I understood, but he was part of our bond now. And we would need every source of power we could muster to fight. If this could save us, so be it. Running my hands down Nicholas’s cheeks, I pulled him in for a soft kiss. Lips brushing over his, softly at first. But Nicholas wasn’t happy with soft. His kisses were hot, demanding. I submitted to their force, letting him part mine.
