Kalla's POV

It didn't take long for the whole illusion to disappear. The beautiful place, the lighting, my dress, the music, and the vampires around us are slowly fading away.

Despite how miserable I felt in a short time, I couldn't stop the pain in my chest.

In the end, I can only think that only illusion can be the captain of my happiness.

Finn and I were holding hands as the full form of the dark tower returned. And the moment my eyes opened to meet my original place, I saw him with his eyes closed.

I let go of his hands and bitterly lowered the mosquito net over my eyes.

I tiptoed my feet and cupped his face. The tips of our noses met, and I whispered at him.

"You may open your eyes, Finn. Thank you so much; I had fun." The moment he opened his eyes, there was a black mosquito between us.

After the long party of illusion, we decided to rest. I never initiated another lustful conversation with him.

I didn't think about the sit
