Kalla's POV

I was surprised by Finn's reaction; it wasn't what I expected from him, especially since he and Cora had a bond over his escape.

"I don't get it; Cora is my friend." I was staring at Finn in wonder.

"She is not a friend; stay away from her."

We stopped walking down a long hallway, and both of us faced each other.

"Are you hiding something from me again, Finn?" He was stunned by what I said.

Damn, is this us again?

"Are you hiding something from me again, Finn?" I asked louder. I had enough of his business; I just never knew about the things he knew. And this is damn frustrating.

"No, I have nothing to hide from you, Kalla."

"Finn," but I wasn't stupid enough to believe him. "What's with you and Cora? Wasn't he the one who helped you return to the other world? Why suddenly make her the enemy? Did she sabotage you or something? Didn't you succeed in getting close to your brothers? Or the spell she mentioned was true?" D
