“I’m not sure if you’ll accept it but I’m hoping for your help at our wedding Ma’am.”

Her eyebrow raised at me. “Fine, I’ll do it. But I’m only doing this for my grandson. I still don’t like you at all.”

“You should be happy for Theron and Lineah. Especially since she will give you the first grandchild.”

“I am happy for them but it’s not that easy to forget …”

“Well Mom is excited for the baby and she loves Lineah. In fact she’s willing to plan the whole wedding.”

“It’s okay iho. I’ll do anything for my son.”
