Chapter 53. Madness in Two Sentences
Razal returns to Perth with a theory that drives the council into madness! It is true that I fasted and prayed for his return since his knowledge of the world from his travels would put us into perspective. I did not just wish for such outright insanity. If we are to evaluate Perth, an impenetrable fortress, where are we to go in this time of war?
I sadly watched the council disperse— muttering grievously amongst themselves. The look on their faces is not something to write home about, and I can tell that the Generals are disappointed.
