Bree compared this to how she felt when her mother's partner would lock her up in a faulty refrigerator filled with snakes, how the woman would leave her in the snow all night, or how she felt when she found out that her mother did not love her.
As a child she thought that that was the most painful thing that existed on earth, she thought nothing could surmount torment.
