"Who am I?" Lucas laughed incredulously. "Who are you?" He asked back. As far as he could tell, the only stranger here was the woman. Anyone who claimed to know Bree, could be able to tell that he was her best friend.

"Where's Bree?" Avery asked.

"And who's asking?" Lucas asked again after she ignored his first question demanding her identity.

"I'm Avery, you?" She finally introduced.

"I'm Lucas Queens" he answered.

"You're Andrea's brother?" Avery asked

"Her cousin, Bree's best friend," Lucas answered.

Avery furrowed her eyebrows, she did not believe that he was Bree's best friend, she looked at him like he was a liar, Bree had never mentioned a best friend. Well, Bree had never mentioned anything, the both of them never had a good conversation. Many times their time together consisted of Avery cooking and Bree working or both of them cooking or having sex, anything other than that like having a real life conversation was hard to come by. B
