Lucian’s POV

“Lucian Ashford! Open the door right now or we will break the door down on the Alpha’s order!” The person at the other side of the door said. Alpha’s order? Alpha Caden? Father? What does he know? What is going on, my eyes darted from side to side, my mind ran a mile in thoughts and worries. What is happening? Why are they here to arrest me? Is this about Cassian? How do they know that I am involved with his death? I killed him but I made sure to leave traces, I picked up all the shattered glasses of the phone, I cleaned up my trail.

Someone must have betrayed me but who? Shiraya? No, what does she have to gain by doing that? She would never do that, she hates Alpha Caden a lot more than I do.
