“So I have a plan. It might not sound like the best one but please hear me out before you start judging,” he said.

Oh no, we are so fucked! That’s it we are done, I should have just come out when they were here. I should have just given up instead of lying to myself that I had a fighting chance because I…we don’t. First of all, starting with the sentence “my plan might not be the best” is not a good confidence booster! To me It sounds the exact same as saying
