Now I confirmed that my mother was totally shameless, but this was just too much, even for her. Well it explained how she knew that I was now the Luna Queen and she was able to find me.

That bastard.

Gad told her. Deep down in my heart was a new kind of twisted emotion inside of me and it was different from the usual one.

“So that was the real reason you came here in the first place… it’s just because Gad asked you to?”

Then once again without wasting a single breath she said. “You know this is exactly one of the things I hate about you, you are so freaking dumb! Of course, I’m only here because of that, what were you thinking?” She chuckled. “That I was actually worried about you? But I really care about you though.”

She let out a sickening cracked laughter that was so loud that she held her stomach. I just watched her, my eyes brushing up with a new feeling, and it wasn’t one that I ever thought I would feel for this woman.
