Chapter 44. Friends (2)

Avita didn't have to wait long until the **** bus coach arrived at the bus station. 

She knew they were all coming to pick up their family when she saw individuals moving to and FRO. Avita waited patiently as passengers began to disembark from the bus, and soon a familiar face she had been anticipating arrived in her vision. 

“Avi!” Maria exclaimed enthusiastically as she brought her suitcase over to where Avita was. 

Avita didn't wait for Maria to come to her but instead ran over to her. Maria was entirely in a fantastic mood after seeing her rosy friend and the two pals exchanged warm embraces after meeting. 

"I haven't been back in about three months, and here you are, looking very well-fed!" Maria teased whenever they were apart. 

Hearing her friend's teasing, Avita flushed with nervousness but didn't entirely deny it, "I can say that I am lucky." 

"That's the spirit, ha ha. We need to get out of here!" Maria encouraged,
