When Kelman finally emerged from his study he looked very composed and dignified, as he walked towards the hall where people were enjoying the music. He looked around and tried to search for the face he was looking for but to his dismay, she was not there. His heart skipped a beat as he wanted her to be there and hear the announcement he was going to make but she chose to leave.

 He gritted his teeth angrily but tried to control his emotions when he walked up towards the stage as the music had stopped playing and his uncle had unexpectedly gone on the stage and Kelman knew that he was about to make trouble. He walked hastily but he was a bit late as Richard had taken the mike and was smiling at the guests.
