Chapter 231

Alberto Romano was invited by the judges. He had a high standard of reception, and Darcy followed him. He was not worried about being unfamiliar with the place and people, so he did not have to check into a hotel personally. A long time ago, someone had already arranged a room for them, and the reception staff had helped them send their luggage back to their rooms.

It was afternoon already but as both of them had had lunch on the flight they were not hungry so they decided to retire to their rooms to rest to get out of the jetlag and Alberto had to go to meet one of his fellow designers so he informed Darcy that he won’t be available in the evening but they would go to the venue together the next day.

Once inside her room, Darcy contemplated whether she should inform Gale or not because as bossy as he is he would give her a piece of his mind so she decided to text him instead. After doing that she somehow felt relaxed.
