"Welcome, Riya.

All I did was wait for you." As soon as she walks into the meeting room, she immediately creates positive energy in the room. The scent of fresh roses might ease any person's exhaustion emanating from their bodies.

"What type of urgency has arisen for you, Rachit, that you wanted me to be here so quickly?" She fixed her piercing eyes on me. I wanted to tease her further when I saw how angry she was and had a crimson face.

My choice was perfect, but I was unfortunate in that I could not understand her love. I'm still incredibly remorseful about the time I broke Riya's heart.

Maybe today Riya and I would be together, and my child would also be here if I hadn't married Shilpi to protect the family business. But all I can do is regret it.
