Chapter 43. Test (2)

"Three eggs and two warm pancakes," I say, placing the breakfast plate on the table, and I see JaeMin bouncing with joy for having his request fulfilled.

"I have a surprise," he says and hands it to me.

My eyes catch another positive pregnancy test, just like the previous ones.

"There are no more doubts, my love," I say, sitting beside him and still staring at the object. "I'm almost dying of anticipation for Tuesday."

"Yeah, but we'll be traveling on Sunday," he says, stuffing himself with eggs. "We'll have to find out online."

"That will be our surprise," I say, laughing and leaving a kiss on JaeMin's forehead.

We hadn't even told anyone about the tests yet.

Only Doyun, TaeYang, and JaeSul knew. JaeMin feared that SooJin would be upset for not being the first to know, but JaeMin didn't want him to have expectations and end up disappointed.
