I rushed to the room, wearing a smile like the Joker, and grabbed one of my thick coats. I sprayed some of my favorite perfume on it and waved it around to make it less obvious. Then, I adjusted my appearance and face as best as I could and walked out as if nothing was going on.

JaeMin turned his head when he heard me open the door but returned his gaze to the sea. I felt nervous, but I didn't falter. I approached slowly, and as soon as I stood next to him, I caught his attention.

"Um...," I stammered. That's my way of getting attention. "It's really cold out here."

"It's normal," he replied.

"Still, I brought you a coat," I said, holding up the garment and watching his reaction.

"But this coat is yours."

"Is it?" I feigned surprise and confusion. "I didn't even realize."
