Chapter 59. Protection (1)

There are pleasures in life that are unique, and we are lucky to experience them. I believe one of those pleasures is happening right in front of me now. On a calm and hot Sunday, my whole family, including my mother-in-law, is gathered in the center of my living room. Actually, Sun has been here at my house since 8 in the morning.

She has developed a unique habit of bringing a breakfast basket from the hotel several times to our house. I don't complain, nor do I mind, so it's all good.

JaeMin woke up in a cheerful mood too. Along with my mother-in-law, he was preparing some dishes that we would serve for lunch. While he and she cooked, I chopped vegetables or took care of the baby, since according to him, I still couldn't distinguish sugar from salt very well.

So, the morning went like that, with JaeMin and Sun in the kitchen, and me and Jiwan just observing.

When the afternoon came, the house became crowded.
