Diego and Allister were poised on the precipice of destiny, ready to confront the challenges that awaited them head-on.
Diego paused for a moment, a trace of sadness flickering across his face. “Actually, Allister, I need to see my wife before we depart. I want to hold her in my arms and tell her that I love her one last time.”
Allister let out a boisterous laugh, unable to contain his amusement. “Ah, Diego, you mean that hoe of yours? You still wrapped around her little finger, huh?”
Diego’s expression turned serious as he shot a stern glance at Allister. “Watch your words, my friend. She may not be perfect, but she’s the mother of my child, and she deserves respect.”
