In the pitch-black cafeteria, Talisca’s frustration grew as he strained his eyes to see in the darkness. He grumbled, “I can’t see a thing, Diego. What’s going on?”

Diego’s voice emerged from the shadows, calm and composed. “Patience, Talisca. Trust me, this darkness is to our advantage.”

Suddenly, a dim light flickered on, revealing Diego standing before them, holding a bag. With a mischievous smile, he dropped the bag onto the table in front of Talisca and Allister. The bag clinked with the sound of metal and equipment.

Talisca’s curiosity piqued as he peered into the bag. “What’s in there, Diego?”

Diego’s eyes sparkled with excitement. “Tools, my friend. Tools that will help us engineer a way out of this place.”

Allister, his voice filled with amusement, chimed in, “Talisca, trust me when I say that you won’t be needing your sight for what’s about to happen.”
