"So will you go to prom with me?" Justin asks, getting my attention.

I stay silent and everyone around us starts chanting. Just like they did when Justin asked me to be his girlfriend.

"Say yes" They were all chanting on repeat.

Kol nudges me forward as a sign that I've been standing still like an idiot for too long.

What's one date to prom? What could go wrong?

"Yes." The words leave my mouth and I quickly realize what I just said-

"Yes." I repeat as I run to Justin's arms and kiss him.

Everyone around us starts clapping and celebrating. The whole football team and cheer team were ecstatic and it actually made me happy.

Everyone slowly begins leaving and Jenson gives me my food back. "Okay, I got to go eat lunch with the team. I love you and see you later." He kisses my forehead

"Love you too." I kiss his check and he quickly leaves with the foo
