The following day.

Miranda arrived at the office in the morning and immediately got to work on her tasks. She took out her clips and began taping her notes to the wall. She had awoken late this morning to discover Andrew had gone to work and left her at home. She was told she was at a board meeting when she arrived at work. She didn’t want to bother him, so she started making notes for his itinerary because they were going on a trip the next day.

The meeting came to an end after a few minutes. She stepped into the boardroom, reaching out to hang the next project’s album, and as her arm began to ache. When she felt arms wrap her waist, she knew it was only Andrew who could accomplish it, so she wasn’t startled.
