They arrived at the hospital and the nurse took Nora to the ward to examine her while Diego waited outside. "When last did you come for anti-natal?" the nurse asked.

"It's been a while."

"Two months?" The nurse asked.

"A month ago."

The nurse gave a look of disapproval. "The anti-natal care is very important and that is why it is advised that every pregnant woman must attend." 

"I know. I just have a lot going on in my life right now."

"And are those things more important that the life of the baby you are carrying in your womb?" Nora was silent. "How are you feeling now?"

"I feel a lot better now. But earlier, there was a sharp pain I felt in my stomach,"

"Have you been stressing yourself up lately?" Nora thought about how Michael's issues has been a worry to her. "Do you think too much?" The nurse asked but Nora didn't say a word. "I would advice that you take a lot of rest and leave all your worries behind. This can be dangerous
