Chapter 97. Keep the Film Rolling
"I did, but I was hoping for something, and obviously, I was mistaken," Chad sighed. "Since you're ready, let's go!"
"Yeah, let's go," I jumped from my bed and made it before I secured my phone in my pocket. Chad helped me, and I grabbed him by his waist, wound my right arm around it, and led him out of the room. The bed above me was empty; she left yesterday to see her family right after her last class. The only one with us was my other roommate, who would be graduating this year. She is busy most of the time balancing her time with her studies, internship, and part-time jobs.
She is cool and knew Chad a little from some shared classes, even though they have different courses. They took some prerequisite credits at the same time within the same class batch, so Chad and she also got along well.
