Chapter 90. Meeting with Blood Moon Elders

Sophia's POV

"Tilly has told us some absurd news.. Alpha," one male elder started. He even hesitated to address Carter as Alpha. That long pause was all it took for anyone to figure it out. And that of course, did not escape me nor Carter’s notice. He thought of us as dumb? Or did he deliberately do it? Just to inject some ire?

Carter's elbows were on the table as his jaw was perched on his clasped hands. He confidently cocked his head sideways and raised his brows. "And that is?"

"You slept with this stranger she-wolf! In your personal room! In the same bed!" Tilly suddenly burst out. My jaw honestly slightly dropped. My head was pulled back by how angry and aghast I am right now. She was just being such a bitch to me a while ago! But here she goes, crying like some child who just got her candy stolen from her.

One elder she-wolf rubbed her back as Tilly gave us some crocodile tears. I think I'm getting the gist of what they're cooking.
