Chapter 196. Family First

There’s always something about families and relatives being together that would affect the former Right Hand in ways that he didn’t find appealing. Sure, he was still touched by the sight of siblings together, or parents and their kids, the same way he got really attached and emotional with the family that accepted him in the Oro Villa…

But there would really be small scenes that he would witness that, unfortunately for him, touched a raw cord every now and then.

And one of those scenarios was playing out in front of him right now…

“Alrighty, y’all I’m just so glad that my nephew and nieces are gonna be a-stayin’ with good folks like yourselves. But just so we’re clear if I find out that you're being dastardly with them in one way or the other, you’ll be answering to me, my friends, and our ladies, you hear me?”
