Chapter 195. More Shocking Surprises

There were two men in the hospital room where a nurse had just entered. She had a bad day and a no-nonsense attitude which was quite evident to the patient who was lying on the bed. 

Unfortunately for the other male, who was sitting beside the bed and reading a magazine, he was quite taken by the nurse’s looks and figure that he wasn’t able to tell that she was actually quite pissed and a bit unapproachable.

“It’s time for your x-rays, Sir.”

“Oh good, I was wondering when that would be.”

“Ok, so I’ll be going with him…” cut in the sitting man with a smile.

“Oh no, Sir. We aren’t allowed to let anyone be with the patient during this time. It’s hospital regulations.”

“But…”

“You can just wait for him here. I promise you, he will be back within a few hours.”

“A few hours? It’s really going to take that long, nurse?”

“Considering the magnitude of the damage done to him, yes, it will take that long, Sir.”
