Daphne's point of view.

"You mean, Daphne Scott is your mate?" Doctor Perkins asked Donavon again.

"Yes, uncle" Donavon answered.

Doctor Perkins looked between Donavon and I, then sighed deeply as he nodded his head.

"We can't question the moon goddess, she sure knows what she's doing" he said.

My eyebrows furrowed slightly at his words, don't tell me he doesn't like me and I'll have to deal with family acceptance.

"Miss crazy mated to Mr crazier, they're gonna breed craziest pups" doctor Perkins started massaging his temples softly. "I can already imagine myself having headaches because of your future craziest pups, please don't send them over to my place for holidays" he said.

Oh, now I get the joke -phew!

"Uncle, our pups will be the cutest and sweetest pups ever!" he said with a proud smile and winked at me.
