(KING'S OFFICE)

Edward pushed the two doors open and barged into King Wymond's office with a file in his hands, he took long strode towards the desk to drop the file, but his steps slowed down when he saw King Wymond sleeping on a couch in the office.

He frowned in confusion as he was approaching King Wymond, with only one question in his mind -why is he sleeping in his office instead of his comfortable table?

"Your Majesty?" he called quietly and cautiously, but King Wymond heard him.

He opened his eyes, stoop up and walked towards the glass window.

"Did you spend the night in your office, your Majesty?" Edward asked.

"Yes" King Wymond cleared his throat. "I did some paperwork till late night and decided to sleepover" he explained.

Edward's eyebrows furrowed slightly, there's a nagging feeling which kept telling him his King was lying, but he dared not push this discussion further.
