“She’s gone,” he replied, his gaze fixed on Blake’s first car, which was almost taking up room in the cramped flat.
Anastasia had advised that he go outside and learn to drive from there, but the child had other ideas and was not willing to share the car or take his friends for a ride.

“She was slain the same night we went out drinking,” he added, before going into detail about how they dropped off and when the cops came to question them.
