Chapter 58

I walked out of my room and met Nick leaning against the wall opposite my room door. He was on his phone but lifted his eyes when I stepped out.

"Is the princess ready?" He asked sarcastically but I just rolled my eyes.

"The princess is now headed downstairs." I gave my reply to sound funny but he didn't laugh, he just raised one of his eyebrows and shook his head. He followed me down the stairs and waited for me to walk out the door before locking up.

We both went over to Uche's side of the fence, making me wonder why because I remembered he clearly said he had to see someone real quick, so why was he going with me to Uche's?!!! Urghh!

I was about to knock on the door when it opened. I think Uche knew he was coming... what am I saying? Of course, he knew.

The door opened slightly at first, I think Uche expected Nick to help himself with the door or something.

"Bro?" Nick said opening the door wider but not going in. It was then I saw Uche.
