Emma’s POV

“What the fuck is going on here!” A voice thundered. Stephan jumped back in shock the moment he heard Gideon’s outburst.

“Mr. R-Romero,” he said shakily. “It’s not what it looks like, I swear.”

“I knew it,” Ciara said with a victorious look. “She isn’t to be trusted; this is the woman you’re willing to spend the rest of your life with? She’s finally proven to be nothing but a slut.”

“Quiet, Ciara!” He thundered, clenching his fist tight.
