“I’ll see you, then,” Eloise said dismissively, breaking my trance and I looked at her in acknowledgment.

“May I drop you off?” I asked her politely and immediately bit my tongue, FUCK, I am not supposed to give a ride to my old bully.

“Oh, thanks for asking, but I stay a walking distance from here.” She looked at me apologetically and I couldn’t help but blink in extreme shock.

“We can actually walk…” She suggested hesitantly when I was lost with the words, and then added, “If you want to…” And there she again bit her lip and I needed to cough to hide the growing bulge in my pants.

We walked the same path that she did yesterday.
