Kissing Papii goodbye, I rushed back in, carefully ascending the stairs, as I picked out my maternity Jean and Ethan’s white shirt.

I got rid of all the ones he had and got him new pairs, so nothing of that woman remained in this house. But I trusted Papii, if he said I should give him time, I would.

Putting on my sneakers, the doorbell rang, I grabbed my cross back, headed downstairs to also get my bottle of water because I’d need it, today was going to be a very hot day.

“Jacobs, nice to see you!” I exclaimed, pulling him in for a hug.

“Olivia, how are you feeling? Are you up for it?”

“Of course I am. Asides feeling heavier than I usually feel, which is weird, I’m good and ready for field day,” I said in a rush, locking the door on my way out.

“You better be because Ethan Stone will have my head if something bad were to happen to you while you’re with me,” he smiled as we got into the car, strapping myself into the passenger seat.
