Chapter 173. Power

Damon didn't mind about the audience as he lifted her in a bridal style and reached her chambers without seeing her shocked state. 

He gently kept her on the floor and looked at her eyes to search for anything to lie to. He can't bear the hatred in her eyes. 

"Who are you?" Angel asked, standing straight without any fear in her eyes and that's when Damon knew that no matter what she was the one for him.

Lying to her is now not in the option. 

"Your only majesty," Damon replied with a hint of flirting and Angel was in no mood to argue. 

"Or you can say anything you like to call me." Damon added with a wink. Angel closed her eyes in frustration. 

"What was that?" She asked again, not in the mood of his flirts.

"A small try to capture this little princess's heart. But I guess I failed." Damon added as he took the shawl lying there. She was showing off her bare waist till now to him and has no shyness to cover herself.
