Chapter 22
I didn't know how I managed to get to the apartment without wanting to kill someone or run over someone on the way; that's how angry I was. If anyone triggered me after that, they wouldn't just get a scolding from me; maybe they'd regret being around me.
As soon as I opened the apartment door, my body froze. Who was on the balcony? I deliberately made some noise before the person turned around, and I couldn't believe my eyes.
"Gio?"
Gio just grinned before getting up from the chair usually occupied by Zack and walking towards me. I was still angry and shocked by what Levi had said, to the point that I didn't even flinch when Gio stood in front of me with the widest grin. But when he saw my face, his expression changed.
"What's wrong?"
My brother knew me too well.
I answered his question by hugging him. It wasn't the happy hug I usually gave him whenever I picked him up from the airport. Maybe this was a relieved hug because I didn't have to be alo
