Arnie called for a status report.

"Three down in the house, all secure."

"North retreating tree line."

"South's retreating also."

"West is holding their position and spreading out."

"Branch, if you have a shot take them out."

"What do you mean if I have a shot? If they were any closer I could kiss them."

"Stop bragging and take them out."

Branch armed his Marine Core PRC rifle, with Lapua Magnum rounds. He sighted in his first target, and knew it was not going to be a fair fight. He set the rifle up for long range, but with targets this close, whoever got hit did not stand a chance. He fired his first shot, and the magnum round hit its target 'Center Mass'. It blew the spine out the back of his targe
