“Colton, put me down!” I hit his back.
I thought he was going to take me back to the table to force me to dance, but I saw him veering towards the exit door of the restaurant.
“What are you doing?” I yelled, continuing to hit his bare back.
From where I was, I could see part of his tattoo, but Colton was walking fast, making me dizzy. Soon, we found ourselves outside, unnoticed by anyone.
“Colton!” I hit him again.
“Take it easy. I just want to show you where I work.”
“At the traffic lights, where you clean windshields?” I said sarcastically.
“Exactly.”
“Colton, put me down. You’re shirtless, and people are looking at us weirdly. Put me down before I say you’re kidnapping me.”
“I’m kidnapping her!” he shouted in the middle of the street. “Fucking bastard. Now you see that people don’t care? Besides, you have my shirt.”
“What...?”
