"What's going on?" Sean asked again. He was clearly getting impatient.

Sienna laughed, throwing her head back. It was a peal of real laughter, and I had missed hearing it. I grinned and waited until she stopped. Then she urged me to tell him. 

"You are going to be an uncle," I told him. 

For a moment he looked dazed and confused like a lost little dog. His brows crinkled up, and his mouth hung open. "Fuck! And I am the last person to know! I always am. Congratulations, Sienna," he half shouted.

He got up and hugged Sienna, and she hugged him back, but she was careful about her arm.

"Congratulations, brother," he said, smiling at me. I smiled back at him and hugged my little brother. When he sat down, I could see that he was still in shock

But then Sienna frowned. "What is it now?" I asked her.
