POV: Jaewon

“How much longer do we have to stay like this?”

Harin sighed, lowering his hands to my cheeks. I smiled as he held them, squeezing to kiss me gently on the lips. I moved him away from the door but didn’t take him off my lap. I sat on the couch, feeling him snuggle closer to me, hugging me like a koala, resting his head on my shoulder.

“Just a little while longer, Jaewon…”

I nodded, giving him some gentle strokes on his shoulder as I felt calmness fill me. Indeed, there was nothing we could do. I lowered my fingers and touched his belly, smiling as I felt the bump of our baby right there.

“I missed you both so much.”

Harin touched my hand and stroked my fingers.

“It’s noticeably bigger, isn’t it? Our baby is getting bigger and bigger, Jaewon… he’s growing.”

“It is…” I smiled, feeling him intertwine his fingers with mine. “and your belly is beautiful, Harin. Everyone has been commenting on how visible it is now.”
